Mardi Seng is currently the President of the Khmer Will Party. In the recently concluded February 2024 Cambodian senatorial elections, he is one of the three from the opposition who were elected. He returned to the senate, where he also previously served as secretary of the Anti-Corruption Commission. He was also the treasurer of the Sam Rainsy Party (SRP) and the Candlelight Party (CLP) of Cambodia, and in such capacities, managed four electoral campaigns and elections in different provinces. He worked in US banks focusing on Compliance, Audit and Risk Management for 15 years. He finished a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Calvin College and a Master of Business Administration from Northeastern University in Boston.
