Democracy is built through participation, dialogue, knowledge, and collective action. Across Asia, the Council of Asian Liberals and Democrats works with political parties, leaders, youth, women, civil society, and democratic partners to advance liberal democratic values, human rights, inclusion, and cooperation.

Through regional programs, political education, research, leadership development, and advocacy, CALD creates opportunities for people and institutions to learn from one another and work together toward a more democratic and resilient Asia.
